I created this mobile service for people who love to move - whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just someone who wants to stay active and pain-free. I know how frustrating it can be when tight muscles, tension, or nagging aches start holding you back, or if you simply don't like to stretch yourself! 

 

Why The Stretch Practice?

 

We know how important it is to keep our bodies functioning at its best. But between leading an active lifestyle, long work hours, or simply the wear and tear of life, it’s easy to end up stiff, sore, and feeling as if something is off.

 

That’s where I come in. I bring movement, maintenance and recovery therapy straight to your home, gym, or workplace, so you can get the care you need without disrupting your routine. My approach is hands-on and personalized, helping you improve flexibility and mobility, and recover more efficiently—so you can keep doing what you love without limitation.

 

What You Can Expect

 

 Fascial Stretch Therapy: Targeted, hands-on stretching that is table based, allowing you to relax, having the work done for you and

     still getting results with regular sessions. 

✔  Yoga: Breath-centered movement to build flexibility, mobility, balance, strength and mental focus.

✔  Pilates Mat: Core-focused training to improve stability, posture, and body mechanics.

 

How It Works

 

  • I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and even though everyone has a "body" in common, we are all very different!  Every session is tailored to your needs.

  • You can call or pop me a WhatsApp to book or find out more.

  • The Stretch Practice is a mobile service and all you will need is a bit of space for massage table set up with room for me to move around the table (for Stretch Therapy), and for Yoga & Pilates, indoor or outdoor space for your Yoga or Pilates Mat. 

  • For Stretch Therapy, Yoga or Pilates  - you get to dress in your comfy workout clothes or tracksuit for all sessions.

   no show will be charged in full.

- Payments to be made before sessions

- R100 flat rate call-out fee (Not applicable for 1st time clients. Applicable for recurring bookings)
